UK Work From Home - Extra Income

Self-Employed

lot of people work on a self-employed basis in the UK, e.g. shop
keepers, window cleaners, gardeners etc.
You are basically selling your skill for an hourly rate, or a fixed fee
on completion.
The big advantage is that it gives you control of your own time and the
chance to work without a boss.
The big disadvantage is that your income is limited to the amount of
hours that you can work. It means that if you are sick, or go on holiday
then there is no income.
The advantage of working on your own is also the disadvantage that you
have no support, or anyone to turn to for training or advice.

Employee
It is possible to earn an extra income or work from

have any control of when or where you work.

no longer true, with most people expecting to have at least twelve jobs
